What You Will Do:

•  Support effective execution of IT Risk Management process and procedure, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the ICT Risk Management framework
• Facilitate / support IT asset-based risk assessments, controls design and effectiveness of business systems/applications, including process and infrastructure components
• Provide subject matter expertise on risk management methodology and operational risk best practices from 1st line perspective to stakeholders
• Provide expert opinion, coaching, training and critical challenges on risk topics to COO colleagues
• Communicate and collaborate with COO risk owners, controls owners, COO management and second/third line functions on risk, audit, compliance and legal topics related to COO services and products
• Quality assurance of risk management execution by COO; oversight of quality of risk identification, mitigation, monitoring and reporting. Ensure awareness of the external environment and emerging data, technology and cybersecurity risks, threats/ vulnerabilities as well as the internal environment
• Oversight of COO delivery of mitigation plans to reduce residual risk identified in RCSAs, audit and compliance findings, OSI findings, risk assessments and KRIs

What We Expect: 

•  Wide-ranging expert experience in Technology Risk (ICT, InfoSec, Data) management, audit or a related field (more than 5 years); 
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, technologies, processes and governance (ITIL); 
• Experience with risk management software, GRC platforms and/or data aggregation/analysis tools;
• Foundation-level awareness of relevant risk and controls industry frameworks such as RMF, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO31000, NIST or similar;
•  Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
